Audit Options

Audit trails are used throughout the Operations App to record and see what changes have been made and by whom.

To view or edit audit options go to Tools > Audit Options.

Open

Select which audit trails you would like to have by checking the checkbox in front of each available audit trail. The Historic Queue Retention Days field is used to determine how long historic logs should be kept.
