On Time Performance

The On Time Performance report shows information pertaining to the pickup and delivery window for on demand orders.

Go to Report > On Time Performance.

Field Name	Description

Field Name	Description
Report	The name of the report you are generating. Changing this from “On Time Performance” will change the report.
Begin Date	The start date range for the On Time Performance report.
Order ID	The end date range for the On Time Performance report.
Customer	The customer id for an individual On Time Performance report. Enter "0" to generate a report for all customers
Grace Minutes	The number of minutes to add to the Pickup and Delivery deadlines for On Time Pickup and Delivery percentages
Summary by	The selected method to generate the On Time Performance report.
