The On Time Performance report shows information pertaining to the pickup and delivery window for on demand orders.
Go to Report > On Time Performance.
Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
Report | The name of the report you are generating. Changing this from “On Time Performance” will change the report. |
Begin Date | The start date range for the On Time Performance report. |
Order ID | The end date range for the On Time Performance report. |
Customer | The customer id for an individual On Time Performance report. Enter "0" to generate a report for all customers |
Grace Minutes | The number of minutes to add to the Pickup and Delivery deadlines for On Time Pickup and Delivery percentages |
Summary by | The selected method to generate the On Time Performance report. |
