How To Prevent Users from Viewing or Modifying Past Posted Route Stops

You can restrict Operations App users from viewing or editing past posted route stops by setting a global number of days in the past and applying the restriction to user permissions.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to Global Options by clicking Options in the toolbar. See Global Options.

2. Select the X Route tab.

3. Check Allowed number of days to view posted route stops and/or Allowed number of days to edit posted route stops and enter the number of days users can view and/or edit route stops before the restriction is enforced.

4. Click the OK button at the bottom to save.

5. Go to Maintenance > Users.

6. Open a user.

7. User X Route Functionis > Route Stops, check Restricted Viewing for Posted Route Stops (Options->X Route) and/or Restricted Editing for Posted Route Stops (Options->X Route).
