Logging Out of Nextstop 2

Logging out of Nextstop 2 is very important if you share a mobile device with another user. If you forget to log out of Nextstop 2, your account could be compromised.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to the Me tab by selecting the Me icon displayed at the bottom middle of the screen.
  2. Select Logout.

If Check In/Out is enabled in X Dispatch on the Driver's record a Check Out message is displayed that asks if you would like to check out of the dispatch board, selecting Yes will check you out and remove your driver on the dispatch board.

You are logged out when all of your data is synced to the server. Logging out will stop all push notifications to your mobile device, whether the app is open or closed.

If you log out while not connected to the Internet due to lack of cell coverage, being in airplane mode, or the absence of a connected Wi-Fi network, the below Confirm warning message is displayed. Clicking OK while not connected to the Internet WILL result in data loss! Best practice recommendation is to click CANCEL and wait until an Internet connection is reestablished and all data is successfully synced.
