Shipping Labels in the Operations App
Shipping labels can be customized in the Custom Procedures and Custom Report Formats sections and printed from the order form.
Shipping labels are available based on enabled shipping label user permissions under Maintenance Functions > Custom Procedures > Allowed Custom Procedures.
It is more common to edit a shipping label layout than create a new shipping label. To create a new shipping label or copy a new one see Custom Procedures.
How to Edit a Shipping Label
You cannot edit a shipping label with a negative ID. You must make a copy if edits are needed.
Edit an Existing Shipping Label Layout
Shipping label layouts are in the Custom Report Formats section.
If modifying an existing report, CXT Software recommends creating a copy of the report and make changes to the copy. There is no way to revert changes and no historical log.
Go to Maintenance > Custom Report Formats.
Make a copy by right-clicking on the custom report format you would like to copy and select Copy, or edit the shipping label by double-clicking on the custom report format you would like to edit.
See Custom Report Format - Report Designer for more information.
