How to Add Attachments Links to an Invoice

Emailed invoices can include links to download attachments for on demand orders on the invoice.

Step-by-step guide

Create a new invoice format or edit the one you would like to use. See Invoice Formats - New / Edit Invoice Format.

  1. Go to the Options tab.

  2. Check box next to "Show Attachment Links for On-Demand Orders." 

  3. Enter the Attachment Link URL. This is "https://{CXTID}.cxtsoftware.net/SwitchAccount.asp" where {CXTID} is your CXT ID.

  4. Check that the fields in the Email Options tab is set up.
