Rate Chart - Copy Rate Chart
The Operations App has the ability to copy all of the details of one rate chart in order to create another rate chart.
To Copy a Rate Chart
Navigate to Maintenance -> Rate Charts and then Select the Rate Chart you would like to copy.
Go to Action - > Rate Chart -> Copy Rate Chart.
You can also right-click on the selected rate chart and select Copy Rate Chart from the menu.
Field Name | Description |

New Chart Description | Enter a Description for the new rate chart you would like to create. |
Copy From Chart | Enter the Chart ID of the chart you would like to copy. |
Copy To Chart | Enter a Unique Chart ID for the new rate chart you would like to create. Note: Chart ID's must be numeric. |
Duplicate All Order Types | When this option is selected, all of the order types on the rate chart you are copying will be transferred to the new rate chart. |
Duplicate A Single Order Type | When this option is selected, only one order type on the rate chart you are copying will be transferred to the new rate chart. The Copy From Order Type and Copy To Order Type option will become available when this option is selected. |
Duplicate Route Stamps Only | When this option is selected, only the Route Stamps Rate Chart on the rate chart you are copying will be transferred to the new rate chart. |
Copy From Order Type | If you are only copying a single order type, select the order type you would like to copy. |
Copy To Order Type | If you are only copying a single order type, select the order type you would like to copy into. |
Duplicate Rate Details | Select this option to copy all of the rate detail information of the order type. |
OK | Click OK to create a new rate chart based on the options you selected. |
Cancel | Click Cancel to cancel your options and close the Copy Rate Chart form. |
