Surcharge Rate Charts - Surcharge Item Inclusions

The surcharge items inclusion form allows you to choose which items to include when calculating a surcharge rate. The name of the form will vary depending on the item you are using as a surcharge. All available surcharge items will be listed in the form. New items can be added in Maintenance > Items. See Items.

You can access the surcharge items inclusion form the surcharge rate form. See Surcharge Rate Charts - New / Edit Surcharge Rate Chart.

1. Go to Maintenance > Rate Charts.

2. Click the '+' next to Surcharge.

3. Click the '+' next to the surcharge rate chart you would like to view.

4. Click on the Item Inc column of the item you would like to view. 

Use the checkboxes next to the items to add or remove items applied to when calculating the surcharge rate. If you would like to add all items listed, click the Add All button in the bottom left of the form. The current surcharge will be available in the Surcharge Items list.

Example

When calculating a fuel surcharge I would like to include "Base Rate" and "Pieces".
