View Driver History

You can view historic driver tracking information, displaying driver location information showing where the driver has traveled in Visual Dispatch.

Driver History Information

• Arrows are the GPS pings and show the direction that the driver was moving in.

• Click or hover over a GPS ping to display driver ID, name, time of GPS ping, speed, and direction.

How to View Driver History

1. Go to the Visual Dispatch.

2. In the Drivers section, right click on the driver and select View Driver History.

3. Select the date and time range for the driver history you would like to view.

How to Clear Driver History from Map

To clear driver history from a map by selecting the Clear Map menu option in the Map, Shipments, and/or Driver sections.
