How to Set Up User Data Fields for Vehicle Records

User Data fields are available for vehicle records and can be useful for custom reporting. You can change the labels for the User Data in the Global Options

Setting Up User Data Field Names

1. Click Options in the toolbar.

2. Select the Dispatch tab.

3. Edit Field 1-4 Name under Vehicle Records User Definable Fields.

You want to have a “Vehicle Color” field in vehicle records.

In the Global Options Dispatch tab set the Field 1 Name to "Vehicle Color".
