Grid Layouts on the Dispatch Board
Active Orders, Routes, and Drivers grids on the dispatch boards can be customized for each individual Operations App user or saved as custom layouts to share among users. This eliminates the need to rearrange grids, set filters, and select fleets and drivers each time the dispatch board is loaded. Once a layout is saved, the associated grid will default to the last saved layout the next time it is loaded.
Quick Tips
Save default grid layouts so that you will not be prompted to select fleets when going to the dispatch board.
The last saved layout(s) will be the one that is loaded when landing on the dispatch board.
For saving grid layouts on the On-Demand Dispatch board, you must have the Save Dispatch Layout permissions enabled under X Dispatch Functions > Dispatch. For the ability to create, edit, or delete custom On-Demand Dispatch grid layouts, you must also have the Custom Dispatch Layouts, Create, Edit, and/or Delete permissions enabled. See Users (Classic Operations App).
For saving grid layouts on the Route Dispatch board, you must have the Save Dispatch Layout permissions enabled under X Route Functions > Dispatch. For the ability to create, edit, or delete custom Route Dispatch grid layouts you must also have Custom Dispatch Layouts, Create, Edit, and/or Delete permissions enabled. See Users (Classic Operations App).

Custom Layouts
You can save custom layouts to create layouts to share with other Operations App users or to create a specific view for certain roles or fleets. Custom layouts will save fleet filtering selections as well as column preferences.
Example
There are multiple dispatch seats that are focus on certain areas and drivers. Four custom layouts would be created so that a dispatcher would be able to load the appropriate layout, which would contain the column settings and fleets the dispatcher needs to monitor into his/her dispatch board depending upon their dispatch assignment each day.
